Great place to live! Management is friendly and very responsive. The grounds are clean and maintained well.

Awesome community! The location is perfect; you get almost everything you would want downtown in Tosa for a much better price in a beautiful, safe neighborhood! Common amenities are great - pool, gym, fire pit, barbecue - and the units are finished beautifully AND solidly, which can be hard to come by with newer construction. Management is fantastic! The Reef apartments are wonderful. Ideal location near trendy Tosa, and the units are brand new! Very quiet buildings, and great amenities. The staff Matt and Mike are fabulous and are always around to help with anything! We even have a gym, outdoor pool and a dog park here. What more could you need!?
Safe and convenient place to live. Obsessed with the hard wood floors!
