RecommendedI really enjoy living at the Reef. Love my apartment, the openness of it and how nice it is for the price. I also really enjoy living in downtown tosa, and living really close to downtown Milwaukee.
We moved in about two weeks ago and have loved it! The Reef is quiet, clean, and beautiful! Matt and Sarah (management staff) have been fantastic and are both very friendly!
Fabulous place. Great design, location, amenities, plus the mgmt staff is very helpful!
I am so thankful to have found The Reef! I moved here from Houston, TX and had to find a place extremely fast. They worked with me to get everything done via phone, email, and let me have a friend come look on my behalf. Now that I’m here, it is a quiet community and Matt and Emma couldn’t be any better. They remember my name and my dogs name. It is seriously the most friendly apartment I’ve ever lived in!
I love living at the Reef! The management is very friendly, and even when I had first moved in they knew my name when I would see them which was a great surprise. They really take initiative to get to know their residents and they host events (game nights, catering, holiday parties, etc.) throughout the year so that residents can meet each other. We just moved into The Reef. Matt and Emma, the property managers, have been excellent and made the move in process a positive experience.
Super clean community space and grounds. Great amenities, spacious apartments, tons of living options and a very friendly community! Staff is extremely responsive. I'm very happy with the Reef!
Great place to live. It is a very young and friendly community. It is easy to make friends and want to hang out with your neighbors.
