I went to one prenatal yoga class and I am signed up for another! I will definitely make this a weekly part of my routine. Lisa is wonderful, funny, and reassuring, and the class was small and felt like a family. If you need a way to manage the ups and downs of pregnancy, I can think of no better way than this! I walked in to the studio worn out and left feeling grateful and energized. Great experience!!
I learned so much from Lisa when I received the Mayan Abdominal Massage session from her. She's so calm & gives you resources on how to take care of yourself after you leave, never once trying to push you into coming back for a "treatment plan." I'm not trying to get pregnant yet, but once I am I will seek her out again to help make the process smooth. I also love taking the kundalini yoga classes.
