RecommendedThe owner and staff have been fantastic to work with dealing with our father’s estate. They did an excellent job when they picked up the furniture and other items and were very careful when packing the truck. The ladies at the front counter are most helpful when I call to check on our account. Excellent customer service from the Mill St. location. 5 stars
Had a few small items I wanted to consign so I called the store and asked how late I could bring them by. Was told 4. Arrived at 3:30 and was told they had no room to accept anything and to come back at 10:00 a.m. Explained I work full time and couldn't come at 10:00, had used 2 hours of my vacation time to come then - response was nope, we have no room. Such interesting finds, and helpful and kind loaders and salespersons.
Horrible customer service, poor communication with customers, and unorganized. As a designer who has provided you high-end substantial pieces in the past - I was appalled with how my account was mishandled, and how I was personally treated today. In shock!
I have found some great furniture and other items at a good price.
Found a few pieces while I lived there. The people were friendly
I have been to the store many times and I always enjoy shopping there, bought many stuff, the lady helped us was very nice and expressed her opinion about the item that I bought, will go back again
