Love the inventory, staff.. it's all so comfortable and fun to shop and fill your home with beautiful things.
Staff was very helpful in setting up and picking up an order for consignment...
Very poor customer service. Misrepresented a wall unit to be sold as a set and when it was delivered only received half of it. Would not give any credit or concession, only that I could pay a second time for the other half - I don't think so. Have been a customer for quite some time and purchased many items. Will never go back, and definately do not recommend!
I had a new chandelier I wanted to consign. Called the store and asked if items such as a chandelier were able to be consigned. They told I would be able to consign the chandelier and could stop by before 4pm. Walked in and was greeted by a staff member who pointed me in the direction of where to take the chandelier. always changing friendly staff just overall great place Lovett
At first I was really excited about this store until I bought what was supposed to be a full size bed. When we picked the bed up they failed to put the sides on my friends truck so I had to make a special trip to get them. (45 min one way) I ordered the mattress and set the bed up the night before it was to be delivered only to discover it's a queen! The Red Collection's solution was to bring it back; I feel they should have offered to pick it up. I don't think I'll be going back
The Red Collection is a fabulous store! They have a great selection of items. The owner and staff are all extremely helpful and courteous. I wish I lived closer so I could shop there more often!
