Staff on front desk are rude.
Post is circulating fast about an employee being rude to a customer. Told customer to stay home if they are so scared of dying. All because the customer asked the employee to pull her mask up.

While visiting from New Jersey I went to both stores in Greensboro. It was a marvelous experience. Fantastic pieces, prices and a friendly staff.

while I do recommend this store (it is absolutely my favorite store) certain front desk store associates are sometimes downright rude to buying customers. I am a constant customer and buy nearly everything for my home there for years now. spend $$$ there. front desk cant be bothered with just general customer recognition skills. We had a great visit today. Everyone was very nice. The guys did a great job wrapping and loading our cabinet into our truck. Customers next to us were very picky on how their table, couch, and chairs were loaded. The guys were very polite and patient even though they weren't tipped by that customer. Remember to tip them, they do a great job!
