This place was terrible. The staff was extremely rude. You go there to get help and the last thing they want to do is their job. They don’t want to help you at all. You’re just a paycheck to them. They will treat you like a POS and not a human. They will also go through your belongings and take stuff to keep and not tell you. Overall Don’t waste your time or money with this place. Wonderful staff, nice clean environment
My experience was pretty good. The counselors are top notch. The bht,s were decent too. Foods great and you definitely dont go hungry. The nursing staff could use a little work. To many problems with getting meds in. But I definitely recommend this facility.
I can't say enough good things about RVC. They turned me into the man I once was. I have a few people I want to make a shout out too. My Councilor Tara. She not only worked with me but took time to talk with my wife. We are both grateful. I want to single out of one the many fine BHT's, TiOra T. Recovery village saved my life, in alot of ways, when I first called to come in I was on drugs and depressed and I was using to "stay alive" when I called I got to talk to Shawn and he was amazing he helped talk down some of the fears I had coming into a rehab center and leaving my entire life on pause to get better, honestly if he hadn't shared some of his story with me and talked me down I don't think I would have walked through those doors. Hello. I called last night before midnight I think. I just wanted to say something, I talked to someone last night, & I just needed to talk about some things. On the call it said “we are DEDICATED to helping you”, this was the one and only website I connected with. I told the woman (don’t remember her name) my story and just how I need someone to listen.. she told me that I needed an inpatient program, and that they are a recovery center, pretty much that she couldn’t help.
