DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE!!! They make promises they cannot keep! They are very nice at first trying to get you to their facility then once you or your loved one is there, they are rude. My daughter received no one on one therapy. When she asked why she was told from her therapist "I don't have time for one on one therapy. She was promised a private room and was roomed with three other woman. She is bi polar and didn't see a psychiatrist for two days so therefore wasn't given her medications. I needed to get a client into detox fast and Recovery Village did everything to help with this clients transition to their facility.
I have referred many clients to The Recovery Village at Palmer Lake. They do terrific work in helping people through the trauma of addiction and develop quality aftercare programs for people to stay in their sobriety.
I had a wonderful positive experience here!! The staff were amazing! Clean since October 3rd, 2015! Thank you for the help!
