This place is not professional at all. My husband went here for a week and they lost his stuff including brand new Puma shoes. Wouldn't recommend not just bc of that but his withdrawal symptoms weren't managed very well the whole time he was there! I called once to get an update on how he was doing bc they dont let patients use their phones and they didnt want to give me any information, is that normal/standard procedure?
RecommendedThe staff is amazing and very caring. I had such an absolutely uplifting experience. All the counselors are super helpful and want to see you get better and live a healthy and happy life.
Too tired to type all the reasons. The upfront cost after insurance was distorted- much more than they said. Several of the counselors seemed good , but did not follow up or send counseling suggestions as promised. Patients were on their cell phones texting all day. Too many complaints to list.
This facility does not disclose that the cost PER day is $2600 for just the stay alone. (That’s more than an ICU patient in a hospital setting) Amongst many other fraudulent charges for services I did not have. This facility should be utterly ashamed of their dishonesty.
If you think these people are here to help you, you are dead wrong. You are nothing more than a paycheck to them. If you don’t have enough money or the right insurance they aren’t going to do ANYTHING to help you. Don’t be fooled. Their kindness and compassion comes from the love of money. The get bonuses for getting heads in beds. They have even paid off addicts to go to treatment and stay for at least 2 weeks so they can get paid for it.
