Every one that was in there around August of this year came out worse then when they went in. They either relapsed tried to commit suicide or did pass away. I don't know what they tell you there, but it made things worse for these poor kids. Recovery village is just about the money. So sad

I thought the facility truly thought about how they would help individuals who suffer from mental illness & addiction . I think the program is individualized and puts the focus on each person . I absolutely love what they did for php1-3 and I have really done well with the EMDR that they offer . Everyone that works there is compassionate & listens to the needs of the clients . When I first got there I wanted to run out the door as I was afraid it would be a place for profit but as I stayed it showed me it was the exact oppos... read more

The facility and staff are amazing. Aly and Ashley take care of you from the beginning to make sure you have the proper care and after plan needed. The counseling staff is compassionate, empathetic and are really well versed in the latest most effective techniques. They understand substance use disorder and all that comes with it. They address ALL the issues to help you start your life over.

The group therapy and curriculum here is amazing. I’m so lucky to have chosen this place for my recovery. The therapists are diverse in their expertise and life experiences. They have a great exit strategy for people, and true therapy based classes aimed at getting to the root of people’s addictions.

All of the staff were extremely helpful. Sonny was a great primary therapist he really put me to questioning my life decisions. It was great to have someone that makes you start to thing about more than you thought. I don’t have a bad thing to say about anyone there. Amanda is probably the sweetest person I ever met.

Before I made my way to Recovery Village I was scared to death. I didn't know what to expect and I was so ashamed of myself that I had put myself into this situation full of alcoholism. My feelings totally changed when I walked into the doors of Palmer Lake. The staff was so welcoming and made me feel comfortable as ever. They never once judged me As the days went by I noticed I was being accepted for who I am and I for once I was finding acceptance within myself. Because of my positive experience I have decided to enroll ba... read more

This facility discriminates,if you're not white or have money. Rules are Suppose to be followed by everyone, but not here. As long as you have money they will let you break the same rules that they kicked other less fortunate patients out for. Also it's coed so your really not focused on getting better. Your more focused on flirting with the opposite sex. Very disappointing that this facility is all about how much money they can get from you instead of caring about your recovery

My experience with the Recovery Village At Palmer Lake has always been exceptional. The business development staff is always available and helps my clients in need in a timely fashion. The clinical staff knows what they’re doing and uses their time effectively and wisely. My clients I’ve always had good experiences there. I love the fact that they’re in network with most insurance plans and it’s very cost effective treatment. I highly recommend them.
