Alex was incredible, and really knows her stuff about recovery! As a dancer, who needed to perform that weekend, I dropped in on a Friday. I was visiting from out of town, so I took the chance and it really paid off! Alex was knowledgable, and really focused on therapy and cupping that would help me be prepared for my show that weekend. Highly recommend for any athletes or movers looking for a qualified massage therapist.
I absolutely loved the massage therapist, Alex! She was so amazing with targeting my muscles that were sore. She taught me some new stretches. Overall, her personality was amazing. I will be coming back.
