Working with Erik was an absolute pleasure. The house we purchased was a short sale and it was very stressful not knowing if this was going to go through. Luckily, with Erik's knowledge and professionalism we were successful in purchasing our home - and we absolutely love it. I cannot thank Erik enough for all the hard work he put into this home. Erik and Darrin were recommended to me by a friend, and since I didn't know anyone in Atlanta, I called them. So far Otha Greer helped me buy three properties in Atlanta area. Otha is very cooperative and easy to work with. Each time when I bought property my need was different and Otha excecuted all 3 properties perfectly.
