Been a client since they first opened and ill never be back. Awful service, if you show up 5 minutes late to an appointment they will shrug and say nothing we can do. Meanwhile the "stylists" sit in the back with no customers. Even if you call and tell them you are running behind, they'll tell you its okay over the phone, just for you to waste time because they'll turn you around at the door when you show up. Over 60 haircuts here but not a single more.
I was completely ignored when trying to get a haircut, even though I had an appointment. They seemed to take females before me and I eventually just left and never received a haircut and I have no plans in going back there.The impression I get is that they do not want me there anyway.
I have been a loyal Razors Edge patron since their start at the old location l, but the last year the business has steadily lost its "edge". Today my son and I scheduled an appointment, my son's haircut 9 years old was fine, my haircut on the other hand was a disaster. Lydia my "stylist" asked for my request, and was told a straight razor fade, and finger tight scissor on top.
