Love this luxurious hotel in the heart of Delray! Excellent service - special shout out for Jackson and Christine at the front desk. So attentive, efficient and kind! Luxurious rooms with elegant furnishings. I loved staying here cannot wait to come back *heart emoji

We recently stayed at The Ray Hotel Delray Beach and left feeling incredibly disappointed from start to finish. We chose this hotel over several other options in the area and had high expectations, but the experience fell far short. From check-in onward, there was a noticeable lack of customer service. Actually shocked at the lack of customer service throughout the hotel. When I went to valet, 3 men watched me struggle getting my bags out, no one attempted to open the heavy front doors to the hotel l. I went to the pool, stepped up to the towel service and the guy just stared at me and asked me what i wanted….Like obviously a towel, its a towel station.
