I left my purse at Akira (one of the restaurants at the hotel) and Fiji at security found it and returned it to me. So grateful, thank you Fiji! I hope many blessings are returned your way

Location and decor: 5/5 . Walking distance to shops and restaurants on Atlantic Ave, but removed enough from the noise Room: 2/5. Smelled musty. Immediately asked for a change of room right after we noticed the smell, told no other rooms available. Like old smoke was stuck in the carpet or mold in the vents. also, there's a window into the bathroom from the bedroom? as a couple, nbd but would be super awkward if i had been there with friends. We stayed 3 nights and ask for our room to be cleaned, It was never cleaned. We stayed on the 2nd floor and the hallway carpet was very dirty. The best part of the stay was the valet service. It you are looking for a hotel with great service, look for a different hotel.

Was coming to Boca for an enjoyable time decided on the Ray as it was 800 bucks a night and we needed two rooms , I figured how could it be bad —got here had to wait which was fine went and had a cocktail at the bar. That was fine at 3 o’clock in the afternoon. Finally got into the room unpacked and left and came back after dinner. Tried to go to the roof type bar and everything was reserved -empty tables, but we couldn’t sit there as they were awaiting the arrival of their unknown guests, more important than us that were sp... read more
