I had a great stay at The Ray. Mahogany at the front desk was incredibly friendly, attentive, and made sure I was able to enjoy my visit to the fullest. Exceptional service.

We chose The Ray Hotel for an anniversary staycation, and it turned out to be one of the most disappointing hotel experiences we’ve ever had. The lobby hit us immediately with an overwhelming, artificial perfume smell—so strong it felt like it was covering up something unpleasant. Check-in was shockingly rude. Beautiful hotel centrally located to everything. Check in/out was breeze. The staff is very friendly. The hotel wasn’t overly crowded so I was able to get a lounge chair at the pool. Only negative is I wish they more water available for the guests. Very few kids which was nice. Should I return to Delray I would definitely stay here.

We spent four nights at The Ray Hotel, and while the property itself is stunning with its modern design in the vibrant Pineapple Grove neighborhood, the service didn’t quite match the setting. Staff were friendly but noticeably slow, which felt out of step with the otherwise polished atmosphere. On the positive side, the rooftop pool and restaurant were a highlight, offering great views and a stylish place to relax, and the gym was superb, easily one of the best we’ve seen in a hotel.
