Originally this was a pretty bad review, but to their credit the management at The Ravines stepped up and went above and beyond to speedily accommodate our move. I really appreciate it and thank them.

From the day we moved in, he has consistently demonstrated professionalism, reliability, and a friendly demeanor. We’ve had a great experience with Jermaine and the entire maintenance and repair team at The Ravines. They’ve been incredibly accommodating and consistently timely with handling any maintenance or repair requests we’ve had. It's clear they care about keeping everything running smoothly and making sure residents feel supported. Much appreciated!
Horrible place with horrible management. DO NOT RENT FROM THEM. I have a brand new car, the garage door fell on it due to the lack of maintainance and the fact that the garage door motor is screwed into THE DRYWALL. The appliances constantly malfunction. The neighbours walking around with unleashed dogs. It is definitely not worth the price. Do not make the same mistake I did!
