We’ve had a great experience with Jermaine and the entire maintenance and repair team at The Ravines. They’ve been incredibly accommodating and consistently timely with handling any maintenance or repair requests we’ve had. It's clear they care about keeping everything running smoothly and making sure residents feel supported. Much appreciated!
Horrible place with horrible management. DO NOT RENT FROM THEM. I have a brand new car, the garage door fell on it due to the lack of maintainance and the fact that the garage door motor is screwed into THE DRYWALL. The appliances constantly malfunction. The neighbours walking around with unleashed dogs. It is definitely not worth the price. Do not make the same mistake I did!
One word: COMMUNICATION! They are terrible with communication for prospective residents, current residents, and past residents. The community looks great and as long as you don’t have an issue is fine to live in, however be extremely wary when looking at this community. That is not to say they will never improve, but given their current state of management and communication I would encourage you to look elsewhere.
