We traveled to Plains, Va. this past week-end. We ate the most amazing, delicious food one could wish for while there. We had dinners and brunch on Sunday. We were celebrating our 56th anniversary. It was truly a special experience. How fortunate we were to be there. Those of you that live near are blessed. We sincerely hope that we can go back one day. Both the service and the Chef are excellent!

Some of the best food I've ever eaten! If you live anywhere close to The Rail Stop, eat there! You won't be sorry! We drove 5 hours and stayed the weekend in the area. Ended up eating there the whole time! Make sure to make a reservation for dinner though cause it's busy! we'll definitely be back! ❤️

Just had the best garlic and white wine mussels, perfect crab cake (no filler!), and tender, succulent scallops... Friendly, welcoming atmosphere and great service! I highly recommend The Rail Stop!
