It'd be better if they would finish the fitness center we pay for soon. They shut that down in May, with no notice and with no date to re open it. They'll said they will reimburse us for a fitness center membership, too bad it's over 10 minutes away. The whole reason I liked the place was because if the on site fitness center Convenience. We are very disappointed with the new direction of the condominium. A short time ago they did a reform in the asphalt of the parking lot and left half of the residents without a vacancy. I had to park my car anywhere in the condo and after forgetting it in place, the tow truck took my car and we had to pay $ 244. An absurdity! No one came to remind us to take the car, they simply ignored it. Let's look for another condominium and move us, such disgust.
New mgmt took over 12/17. Quick to charge $10 to pay for payment of rent(why do I have to pay to give you money)2 weeks - no heat and 0 help from the front office except for “ use a space heater. Parts are coming” it’s December and January in Colorado. Nights get cold. Have had to stay with friends as the cold at night was unbelievable.
" Wonderful apartment! I feel safe here. The management team is kind, polite and quick to support. The apartment units are well designed with all the necessary amenities. The only downside has been the seeming tie with Centurylink/DirecTV as the wiring in my particular unit seemed inappropriate/lacking in functionality requiring less than ideal service. Expensive, but all places are right now! Great location! Great home! "
My husband and I have really enjoyed being part of this community. Everyone in the office has been incredibly helpful and friendly to us in every encounter. Maintenance requests are taken care of promptly, and the complex is kept clean. This has been a great place to live!
Amanda is the best person in the team! I really like this apts very calm neighborhood is a plus!
