This is what I wrote on Trip Adviser yesterday.: Stopped here for lunch today, was hungry for a burger. The staff was attentive and friendly and the place had a good atmosphere. I had the bootlegger burger that came with aged cheddar, bourbon bbq sauce, and tobacco onions and I love it, cook just right and juicy. I also had the onion rings and skinny fries which I wasn't to please with. Great burgers, great service, and my favorite, great sweet potato fries
great service but what good is that when the kitchen staff dont know med rare from med well. i have never seen burgers so expensive made by such amateurs. its ridiculous. please retrain your kitchen crew or spend some of that money made from 6 dollar shakes to hire and pay someone proper whos competent to run the back of the house
My fiancé and I ate there for the first time ever and we were so impressed! We were hungry for a good burger so we googled burger places in Akron. The Rail was the first result and it just looked amazing so that's where we went. We get fried pickles everywhere that has them and these were without a doubt the best ones ever! Also our burgers were delicious! I don't think we talked throughout our entire meal because we didn't want to stop eating! Our waiter, John, was fantastic as well!
I use to go there but I will never go back they were very rude and was asked to wait for a seat which was OK they were busy then they took people ahead of us several people a lady was waiting for a Togo order and she waited a long time she told the manger we were waiting also and I hey acted like they didn't care oh well there loss we go out to eat a lot but won't go there again
