Great knowledgeable staff that are always so friendly and helpful... thank you all!
I brought a racket to be restrung and ordered the same strings, which i have done many times before without problems. This new young lady,who refused to give her name, looked at the strings asked me what color I wanted. When I picked up the racket it was the wrong type of string and she charged me twice as much. Service here is going down the tube with part time incompetent employees. But you could get lucky getting someone who actually cares.
Been shopping at Racket Doctor, with good ol' Randy making it happen, for 20yrs now! I wouldn't go anywhere else!
