Let me first say that this is not a complaint because I don't like Psych hospitals. Sometimes I need them and are glad they are there, but this place is the worst of the worst. I don't even know where to start. Let me first say that the medical doctor on call is absolutely incompetent. I was getting dizzy, sometimes falling every time I got out of bed, and the medical doctor said he would not send me to the ER. program seemed short staffed, only two clinicians were running group and psych seemed rushed. overall was a good program but could have been more individual other than groups only

I attended the in person Partial program for two and half weeks, the group therapy included meditation, and going over past traumas as well as learning how to cope with stress, the staff were very professional and kind.

I will never forget visiting my friend in Quincy and walking in with the staff all looking at us like we were sheep and they were wolves. It was the most uncomfortable and depressing setting. Calling the clinic was a nightmare with unprofessional staff and not enough knowledge experience working with families to guide them and explain to them the ways of the hospital.
