My go-to place for every occasion. I am looking forward to my Christmas week stay!
This has become our regular overnight stop on our way north from southeastern Pennsylvania. The staff is friendly and efficient, the rooms have been updated but still retain their old-school elegance, and the food in both the pub and the dining room is very good. Beautiful details in the lobby and a charming area surrounding the hotel don’t hurt, either!

My husband and I went to the Queensbury for our honeymoon and every time we take a mini vacation we only stay at the Queensbury. My favorite hotel! I love the old school charm and beauty. The staff is always wonderful. Rooms are always clean and inviting. Close to all downtown restaurants and walking distance from events and shopping. I love the Queensbury!

I reserved a room At the hotel for August 14 and 15. I canceled the room on August 12th within the period to cancel without charge. They still billed my credit card for the room. When I called they told me to send the cancellation number which I did. They proceeded to tell me I cancelled the room on August 30th when I called to request a refund. They told me they could not refund my money as the room was cancelled on August 16. I asked her to explain how a room could be cancelled after the date and payment was made and she s... read more
