RecommendedChecking out today! I have never stayed here before up until yesterday. When I called to make a last minute reservation, the Front Desk Associate Matthew was professional, and answered all my questions. Came in and he was just as professional in person as he was on the phone! Loved that! Especially him saying “it’s our/my pleasure!” With a smile (even wearing a face mask he was delighted to have me and my guest!!) staying here during COVID was so safe! Visited during COVID-19 before everything in NewYork was totally open. The hotel was impeccably clean. They even provided hand sanitizer & hand lotion. They’re going to hang a small continental breakfast on my room door in the morning. I would surely recommend this hotel. I’m looking forward to returning with my daughter & her large family this summer.(when N.Y. opens up).
Dinner tonight was delicious! It fed My husband and two older daughters with leftovers! When I went for pickup my order was ready and super fresh (the pan was hot hot still). Lobby was immaculate even with work going on. Will be ordering again soon!
Staff was very friendly and everything was clean
We enjoyed a chicken parm and ziti family take-out dinner last weekend - plenty of delicious food!
