My stay was short but most of the staff made it a good stay. I do suggest that the staff read the ADA cards I left to educate themselves on the rights of the disabled with Service Animals. I think the managers need to pass the knowledge they have to all other employees.

For the price and the quality it can't be beat. The pool and Jacuzzi was awesome! It is reminiscent of where my husband and I met I Queensbury and I think we'll make it our anniversary stay from now on!
fridge is extra, no room vault, coffee in room is awful. Small things, but they make life easy when you are traveling.
