I had some issues with my dishwasher and toilet, and Hector was very helpful in dealing with these issues promptly!
Hector is a very helpful guy. He is on the maintenance team and is always very fast to respond and is very knowledgeable.
Fire alarm has went off 5+ times throughout the entire building in the past semester, sometimes in the middle of the night, nights right before I have exams. Has happened so often that I stay in my apt when it goes off. They have yet to fix it and it pierces through every single room, in the ENTIRE building. I will actually die of an actual fire before they fix the faulty system because it clearly doesn’t work. Please choose any other apt
This is the worst apartment ripped off I have ever seen, they are charging you utilities without you being in the apartment and all electric is off, charging you sewerage fees, claiming damages that is not true , ripping off parents and students , DO NOT GO HERE unless you want to get SCAM
Elevators are always broken. Something is always broken. Wouldn’t be surprised if asbestos was covered up constantly.
