Fire alarm has went off 5+ times throughout the entire building in the past semester, sometimes in the middle of the night, nights right before I have exams. Has happened so often that I stay in my apt when it goes off. They have yet to fix it and it pierces through every single room, in the ENTIRE building. I will actually die of an actual fire before they fix the faulty system because it clearly doesn’t work. Please choose any other apt
This is the worst apartment ripped off I have ever seen, they are charging you utilities without you being in the apartment and all electric is off, charging you sewerage fees, claiming damages that is not true , ripping off parents and students , DO NOT GO HERE unless you want to get SCAM
Elevators are always broken. Something is always broken. Wouldn’t be surprised if asbestos was covered up constantly.
Most of these reviews are over 3 years old before the whole place was completely redone. Elevators are fine, garage gate is sometimes open which is a problem anywhere. Good management and beautiful units.
The garage is not secure and so many cars have been broken into. The garage gives access to the rest of the building and homeless people always get in. I had a barefoot tweaker crouched outside my door over the summer. Packages are routinely stolen because this place just isn't secure. Walls are so thin you can hear your upstairs neighbor think.
