I lived at Quarters House for 3 years, and my experience was consistently frustrating. The elevators rarely work, so be prepared to use the stairs — which, oddly enough, are not even located in the lobby. The gym above the leasing office is a joke: more than half the machines are broken or missing, dumbbells and equipment never replaced. Quarters is super underrated, they have good availability and are generally pretty quiet + spacious. The staff + maintenance are also very helpful and nice!
