It's relatively cheap compared to other places, and the maintenance is quick to fix things. You get a decent place for the money you pay. Personally I like the apartment layout and lobby areas. I like that they added an amazon locker system. Washer and dryer seem to be possessed as they are very loud and literally shake around when set to medium spin speed. Hallways smell like weed but I guess that's not their fault.
For student housing, The Quarters-Grayson House provided a comfortable living experience for me during 2022-2024. Grayson House units have been modernized-stainless steel appliances. I had a studio apt, and had enough space, decent size kitchen for the space, dishwasher, w/d, and the restroom was a good size. I don't have any complaints except the walls are so thin and nothing is soundproof. If you live on the first floor, you can hear everything from the courtyard and lobby.
