I have had bad experiences living at Oktiv as the previous reviews. Most of the employees at the front office are extremely rude and unhelpful, and the maintenance team leaves disgusting messes in your apartment. If you live here, be ready to deal with LOUD construction every morning (been ongoing for both of my leases, from before 8am to about 6pm) , no balcony, a gate that never closes, constantly broken facilities, only ~25 visitor spots, a horrible maintenance system, and a higher-up management that doesn’t even bother t... read more
I strongly advise against renting from this property. The management staff consistently fails to address concerns and exhibits unprofessional behavior. They make false claims regarding amenities, such as balconies, a gated community, and complimentary parking. My balcony has been inaccessible since January and will remain so until the expiration of my lease. Management here is HORRIBLE. Their pricing is a bit outrageous considering its location from campus. They advertise free parking but just know it’s first come, first served everyday and they WILL tow you even with a parking pass. Their resolution is to tell you to find off site parking. They advertise a gated community but just know the gate is NEVER CLOSED. The gates have been closed once during the times they tell you it will be closed.
