I have had similar experiences living at Oktiv as the previous reviews. If you live here, be ready to deal with loud construction every morning, no balcony, and a horrible maintenance system. UPDATE: Still no balcony (not going to get one this lease), and an overflowing parking lot. Good luck getting parking past 10pm because every single spot is taken, even by those with no Oktiv parking decal. Roaches and dirty kitchen
Today , My daughter arrived to her apartment today and it was the most disgusting place I have ever seen. The bathroom was full of mold Grime, hairs everywhere, the carpets were stained , the bed mattresses were filthy , open broken outlets , the kitchen is filthy I felt so bad for all the roommates and my daughter the key fab doesn’t work , it’s very deceiving when you see the tour but when your child arrives and she and the other girls have to stay in these conditions for this price the property manager , I think Ben ?? sh... read more
