We love the way move in day was set up.
insane fees, they told me it was $400 to transfer from my room to a bigger floor plan down the hall, then they said it was $500 to create a sublease contract, and they also told me it was $400 to replace our AC unit that just needed a new password… the staff is super friendly but the fees are ridiculous
So disappointing. When you sign a lease, you pay starting August 1 but can’t move in until the 15th. Then you have to move out on July 23 but pay the whole month of July. The balconies are closed off but you’re paying for a balcony. When something breaks, they tell you to try again tomorrow we’re busy. When you call the office, they don’t answer or leave you on hold.
