I would like to thank Ashley for all of her assistance during our leasing process. She was very communicative and was incredibly helpful throughout the process. I highly recommend her and the staff at the Oktiv if you are unfamiliar with college apartment leasing and have questions or need assistance. They will make the leasing process simple and easy.

Rodney was absolutely fantastic to work with through the application and leasing process. His customer service was 10/10. He sensed our frustrations and worked an hr past closing to ensure we got our sons signed up for an apartment after their first choice was sold out. I am excited for my son to be moving to the Oktiv knowing that Rodney is there to help him if he ever needs anything. Thank you so so much, Rodney, for helping 2 moms ensure our sons’ first apartment rental process went smoothly.

My husband, daughter, and I toured several apartments today. We ultimately decided to go with Oktiv. We loved the property and the location. Andrew was a Rockstar! We also interacted with Shelby as well. She was also pleasant.
