I recommend the quarters. The apartments are really nice and clean! And the office management is very helpful!
I’ve lived at this residence for three years now and I recommend it to anyone looking for affordable housing in Rochester. It is a 10 minute walk to RCTC campus and the bus lines are close by, making it a very convenient location. All utilities are included in the price and the apartment is very spacious! I would look into this location if moving into the Rochester area or wanting to be close to campus.
The affordable housing and the convenience of the location
Do not even look at these apartments. There is so many concerns I have. The safety being number 1. Fights all the time. Walls being damaged. GUN shots fired! We had things stolen. Very unsafe! Security was a joke!
Good management. Apartment has very good sizing and remodeled not too long ago.
