RecommendedI’ve lived at this residence for three years now and I recommend it to anyone looking for affordable housing in Rochester. It is a 10 minute walk to RCTC campus and the bus lines are close by, making it a very convenient location. All utilities are included in the price and the apartment is very spacious! I would look into this location if moving into the Rochester area or wanting to be close to campus.

Do not even look at these apartments. There is so many concerns I have. The safety being number 1. Fights all the time. Walls being damaged. GUN shots fired! We had things stolen. Very unsafe! Security was a joke!
Good management. Apartment has very good sizing and remodeled not too long ago.
