By law you guys have to give 24 hour notice not that you guys can go in at any time what the hell is that ? Management making rules out there ass. This lady needs to be stopped. Came from Tampa wanting to change all the rules around here. She is changing rules that aren’t even on the lease. She needs to go.
I DONT APPLY!!!! RUN!!! I am extremely disappointed with the management at this apartment complex. Even with the new manager, the situation has not improved. The maintenance staff are completely incompetent and lazy. Requests for repairs are either ignored or poorly executed. The apartments are made with poor quality materials, and things break easily due to the cheap construction. My son has lived at The Quarry ever since they opened. We visit 5 or 6 times a year. I'd like to give a shout out to Eddie, the head of maintenance. The whole complex has never looked better. We really appreciate your efforts. Keep up the great work!
One of the maintenance guys riding his mini motorcycle putting all the kids in danger in the afternoon after work hours when the kids are out playing and management doesn’t do anything about it. Then he makes false claims about other people speeding thru the community when he is the one that has to set the example.
Maintenance guy speeds thru the quarry in a mini bike and then questions me why I’m speeding to get home. You have to set an example if you wants the rules followed and maybe drugs test you guys too….( Eric )
