I recently stayed at The Quarry, and I have to say it was a disappointing experience. Despite being marketed as low-income housing, the rent was over $3,000, which is outrageous given the poor quality of the facilities and the lack of effective staff management. When it came time to renew the lease, we never received the necessary paperwork, and as a result, we were charged a fee for not renewing properly. This is a nice property and I have no complaints. No place is perfect but my issues have not been serious and they have gotten resolved in a timely way.
