Not our cups of tea. Went in for dinner today and it was not good from the very beginning. After about an hour wait, the two of us were seated at a corner of a long table in the middle of their tiny dining area. Music was super loud and we could barely hear each other or the server. We were consitantly pushed by whoever walked by. The purple pig is everything I dreamed it would be ❤️
I know they do not take reservation and it’s hard to come from a long trip expecting service right away, But the wait is all worth it! The food is exquisite, very unique and super delicious. No matter how long I wait it’s still one of my fav!
Ok so I’m totally obsessed with the Purple Pig. I got hooked last July (17) when I first visited Chicago. Everything was spot on. So when I had the opportunity to come back this year with my chef friends it was a must for them to try it. We came down on Thursday and sat in Adams section. He was a pleasure to have.
