The home’s rental agent, Amalia (Molly) Ochoa, provided us information and documents in a timely manner and went above and beyond to help us when we were “disqualified” from the home we applied for. Molly was Amazing right when I first called her looking for help.. From Beginning to end I was blown away on how great she handled the process and helped me rent my new units.. From showing homes to potential tenants to conducting background checks and rental agreement documents to move in process all very exceptional. I can’t wait to use her services again!!!!
This was our first ever experience with a rental agent and agency, and it was a really great one. I always felt intimidated and unsure about going through a rental agency.
