Shane is GREAT! As first time home buyers, purchasing a home can be a confusing process. Shane was able to answer all the questions that we could think of and worked patiently with us until we found our beautiful first home. After almost 2 years we are still so thankful Shane put in the time and effort that allowed us to start the next chapter of our lives. I highly recommend Shane as well as the rest of the Pros team.

Shane was easy going, no pressure, and very patient. He was helpful in every way, when I was looking to purchase a home. Shane pointed out things that I wasn't aware of and helped me pick the right home for my purpose. I would use him again if the need arises.

Joe, Kelly and the Pros team did a fantastic job helping me sell my 2 family in Worcester. They stayed on top of things through the entire process and were extremely professional and organized. I would highly recommend them and plan on using them again to sell another property.

Joe is very well organized. He kept me updated and well informed throughout the process. It was complicated as I had split my land and sell both the piece of land and the house. At the same time I was buying another house. Joe uncomplicated the process wirh his good organizational skills and topped it up by keeping me informed.

5 STARS for the Pro's team all around! Kelly and Joe went above and beyond to help me secure my first townhouse in Clinton, MA and I guarantee that they have earned my business for #2!! They both were extremely helpful and very responsive throughout the entire buying. process. Their market knowledge, "staging" strategy, and their ability to work with ALL parties involved was very impressive and greatly appreciated. I would highly recommend them!! Way to go guys!!

Trish was great through the whole home buying experience. She was very patient with me through my indecisiveness until I figured out what it was I was looking for. I hired Trish and The Pro's Team in late 2016.
