It is almost impossible to get maintenance done here. I usually have to threaten contacting an attorney. Had a ceiling leak identified in October of '22. Still waiting. If you can get maintenance out, they do a pretty good job. Did have an AC outage first June here and they brought an indoor unit for that evening and fixed it next day. Did want to give them credit for doing that. If it weren't the perfect location for our needs, we'd be gone.
