It is almost impossible to get maintenance done here. I usually have to threaten contacting an attorney. Had a ceiling leak identified in October of '22. Still waiting. If you can get maintenance out, they do a pretty good job. Did have an AC outage first June here and they brought an indoor unit for that evening and fixed it next day. Did want to give them credit for doing that. If it weren't the perfect location for our needs, we'd be gone.
Mediocre at best. First the management tampered with the utility meter and the city slapped me with a $866 fine. So the fight began... I went to them, knowing that they did the tampering and they actually gave me a credit on the account! I was shocked! So at least they owned up to it. Bathroom sink leaked the entire time I was there, put in several requests and they never fixed it. The yard maintenance was the worst. This management company was terrible. I've lived in many places in Austin and I've never before witnessed this level of negligence. The only positive reviews they have online are their own employees (Emily G*****, who is the only positive Facebook review, works for Property Society - click on her profile and you can see that information is public). They repeatedly failed to fix problems in my unit, they were impossible to get in touch with, and I finally ended my lease early after they failed to address a carbon monoxide lea... read more
