Very good team. Always responds and fixes any problems that arise.
Dont want to give them ANY stars. They overcharge for services their tenants and condo owners fees to obtain information they need when sell or Refinance. If you want a questionnaire filled out, its $100 but they tack on other documents that are not needed or can and should be free. They are less than responsive and will pouch you. Be Careful if you are thinking of having them run your condo association. Stay away. All you have to do is read the reviews .
Do not rent from these people. They will ignore your complaints and will try to screw you over, especially when they raise your rent!!
ABSOLUTELY THE WORST MANAGEMENT CO. Owner allows other tenants to be as frivolous with their cleanliness as they want. DOES NOT INFORCE clean common areas, basic health codes, safety for all tenants AND is negligent when it comes to his responsibilities. Is RUDE and has even gone as far as saying he would show up on my doorstep with FLOWERS instead of random people due to THE MAIN LOCK NOT WORKING (mind you he’s married).
