We have lived in The Promenade for 7 years. We needed a problem handled and Shashuka helped us very efficiently and quickly.
I have been a boat owner at MCC Marina for 7 years now. Before I came here, I looked at many options in the marina, but this one stood out. The marina manager Alicia, with her team of Marciano and Jamie, are great. If there's an issue, they are all over it. I see them on my dock multiple times every day, checking, cleaning, etc. The restrooms are always immaculate. In addition, this marina has several features that most do not. I am a current Essex lease holder and my lease was with another Essex property. Due to unexpected employment requirements I had to relocate to different city as soon as possible. I was lucky to work on this request with Nicole. i could have everything set up within one evening and had this most important thing settled down. Great level of communication and support!
