We are Polo Club residents. We have built and renovated beautiful homes in Canada without incident. Our short experience with Alex was terrible. He quickly proved to be entirely incapable of performing our renovation. He missed every appointment without warning or apology. He pretended not to receive emails and phone calls. He took no responsibility for products ordered from his suppliers - i.e. a $9K deposit for stone. We strongly suggest finding alternate contractors for your project.
