I am excited to move into the Printing House for the 2019 - 2020 school year. Not only is it a secure living space to live downtown, with great facilities like parking, but the staff are great to talk with as well. Definitely had a positive impression when both touring and negotiating a lease with friends.
When looking for off campus housing, the Printing House was the first place I toured and I immediately knew it was where I wanted to live. It is located so conveniently downtown, the rooms are so spacious and comfortable, and it has so many useful amenities. So excited to live here next year!
I am extremely excited to be living in the Printing House in the upcoming year. Each room has such a comfy feel as well as a modern look. There are great amenities, 24/7 security, and a special tunnel connecting to state street. It is a great living option in the Binghamton area with everything you need close by!
The tour for Printing House was remarkable! Such a beautiful property with friendly staff. I am so excited to live here next year because the amenities are awesome and the staff is so kind and accommodating! Check it out
I will be living here next fall year. Me , along with my 5 future roomates are very excited to live in a 6 person apartment. We each get our own bedroom and bathroom plus an extra bathroom in the living room which is very nice!!! Everything is furnished and a tv is given to us also. I am also very excited for the amenities provided (tanning beds, movie theatre room, basketball court). I look forward to moving in next year!!!
Great location, great amenities great place to live!
Toured the printing house 3 times but honestly knew I was going to sign the lease after the first one. Loved everything about this place from the rooms to the amenities, I would recommend The Printing House to anybody looking for off campus housing!
