Not only is it a secure living space to live downtown, with great facilities like parking, but the staff are great to talk with as well. Definitely had a positive impression when both touring and negotiating a lease with friends.

It is located so conveniently downtown, the rooms are so spacious and comfortable, and it has so many useful amenities. So excited to live here next year!
RecommendedI am extremely excited to be living in the Printing House in the upcoming year. Each room has such a comfy feel as well as a modern look. There are great amenities, 24/7 security, and a special tunnel connecting to state street. It is a great living option in the Binghamton area with everything you need close by!

RecommendedI will be living here next fall year. Me , along with my 5 future roomates are very excited to live in a 6 person apartment. We each get our own bedroom and bathroom plus an extra bathroom in the living room which is very nice!!! Everything is furnished and a tv is given to us also. I am also very excited for the amenities provided (tanning beds, movie theatre room, basketball court). I look forward to moving in next year!!!

RecommendedToured the printing house 3 times but honestly knew I was going to sign the lease after the first one. Loved everything about this place from the rooms to the amenities, I would recommend The Printing House to anybody looking for off campus housing!
