RecommendedWhen I was looking for off campus housing, the Printing House immediately attracted me. It is so safe, you have to key in in order to get into the building, the rooms are huge and have great accommodations, such as a TV, gym and big bathrooms, and the price is extremely affordable compared to on campus housing. I cannot wait to live here in the fall!

I chose The Printing House, because it's located in a great spot in downtown Binghamton, has good security, and offers so many amenities. I really like how The Printing House offers apartments anywhere from 1-6 people and in most floor plans everyone gets their own bathroom. The Printing House also has good prices compared to other apartments in downtown Binghamton. It was really easy to sign a lease and the staff was always willing to help or answer any questions I had. I can't wait to live in The Printing House next year!
The prices are unbeatable for an apartment in downtown Binghamton of this size and with these kinds of amenities. The building itself is easily the most beautiful of all the student living options and is located really close to the bus stops and downtown hotspots. The staff was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. After signing, my group ended up having to do some roommate switching and they were able to accommodate all our requests easily and quickly. I'm excited to be living here next year!
They made my life really easy! Jake, in particular, was a real professional, accommodating and he has a sense of humor - I appreciate all of those attributes! As a parent, entrusting one of my kids to such a good organization is one less thing to worry about... Thanks!
I knew printing house through a friend working here. And when I paid the first visit, I fell in love with this place. It's cheaper and also newer in comparison to other apartments in downtown Binghamton. And it even has a private cinema! Cool! I've signed a lease for next year and I can't wait to move in!!!
I fell in love with the printing house after seeing its great location right in the middle of downtown Binghamton and experiencing its amazing price, security and amenities! Can't wait to live there!
The safe location and amenities are only part of the reason that I chose to live in printing house this upcoming school year. I am so excited to live in such a great apartment next year!
