Horrible customer service, unprofessional people, BAD PRINTING JOB!! – I went to the Print Center to get a job printed that I was told is easy and only takes a few days. The project was for a surprise birthday gift and I went with plenty of time to spare, according to their turnaround time and estimates. One Stop Shop – I went into the print center, a printing store in the center of Beverly Hills, expecting Beverly Hills prices. I was very surprised to find that the prices were very fair for the service and the quality of the printing goods that I received. I was very happy with my job outcome. The job was done on time, the quality was superb and the service was professional and friendly.
Excellent Job on Calenders for New Year – I went to Print Center for calenders for the New Year. I wanted them full-color on glossy paper. They gave me the best prices and the project was done before the due date. They have a really friendly staff. The professional people that work there did a excellent job on my project. This was a total let down! – This place did the worst work I have ever seen in my life! My 10 year old students could have done a better printing job. The words and cutting were not straight, this looked so bad! When I asked the to fix something they wanted me to pay another 100.00! I will never go there again!
