We had an incredible experience with prime cleaner! My husband & I wanted to help out my in laws since they are a bit older and don’t have the time to do a deep cleaning in their house so we scheduled with prime cleaner and I can tell you that this was our First experience where from the very beginning till the end they were amazing. Five stars is not enough to rate everyone at Prime Cleaners and the excellent job they did. From the beginning, Anna and her staff were lovely- thorough in their questions and very communicative and kind. Yoandra, Kim, and Karla, the three cleaners, went above and beyond, staying late to finish things that weren’t even on my list. They were a wonderful team and a delight to have in my home. All the staff was super friendly and respectful! From booking the cleaning, to interacting with the cleaner herself, and discussion post clean... everyone was warm, welcoming, and willing to be open! Yoandra was the sweetest gal. She was super kind, respectful, flexible in time management, and gave our pups the best love :) We did a one time clean, but if ever needed again I would totally Prime again!! The girls who helped me with the extreme clean-up of our family home were cheerful, professional and worked with grace through a sad and difficult situation.
