This place is infested with cockroaches! It was so bad that we ended our lease early with them. At night when you walked into the kitchen the counters tops moved when you turned the lights on. It was a major health issue. We gave them ample time to have the issue take care of and over a years worth of time it was never resolved. They knew exactly where the source of the problem was and did nothing until they had already lost several tenants due to the infestation. I've lived here a little over a year now, with the first management my bf and I were ready to leave once our lease was over. The people in their were rude and ignorant and did not know how to get anything done. But once the new management came in things got a bit better. Still don't like the manager in the office it self it seems the few that have been in there don't really wanna work here. I must admit by far the worst apartment complex I have lived in. Management is super sorry. They don't address noise complaints or any kind of complaints that you may have. They never come fix things when they say they will. The management staff is so unprofessional they lie and say one another is not in the office and then you can walk in the office and they are all in there. This is the worst complex in the DFW. They do not care about maintenance or doing anything they promise after signing the lease. They have fees that you pay for that you never receive. For example pest control. Taken out monthly yet I've been here in my lease over a year and only received one spray. After a next door neighbor moved out I started to notice a bug here and there in my apartment. That was 4 months ago.
