So much black mold that it only took 2 months for my air filter to grow its own mold. The management company has been very responsive and helpful. We had some special requests regarding the terms of our lease and they were excellent to work with. Also, when we first moved in there was a broken handle on the refrigerator and maintenance showed up quickly to get it repaired. Update: 3 months later - still very satisfied.
