graet place to live been here 2 years ive been living here over 2 years now and i am always impressed at the level of care and attention both the maintainance staff and office staff give to the preserve community,,,all of my experiences here at the preserve have been positive, both maintainance and staff are always quick to resolve any issue and always treat people with respect, and in my opinion do a great job keeping the whole community and property both safe and clean,with great neighbors as well, i can see myself living ... read more

Poor leasing experience Wasted an hour driving here only to find out they assumed we were looking for affordable housing and they actually didn’t have any 2 bedroom apartments available. I specified in my email to them when we were looking to move into a 2 bedroom in March. We couldn’t call to make arrangements or inquire on availability because the phone was a constant busy signal.
Great place with a few exceptions We lived in a 3 bed apartment. Overall, really enjoyed living here, with a few frustrations. The good: -Nice location right on Rt 1. Close to 95 and 495. Rt 1 has pretty much everything you will ever need to buy, so shopping was not a problem. -There is a good bit of nature quite close: The Walpole Town Forest, Blue Hills Reservation, Sharon Forests/Dog Park etc. Walpole borders towns like Sharon and Canton that are very farmy, so you don't feel like you are in a city.
