Verified Renter The Preserve is a wonderful place to live. The staff and fellow residents have made my move here 4 yars ago a pleasure I was little nervous being on my own after death of mother and staff and other residents have made me feel welcome and have been wuite a help.

Verified Renter Overall its not a bad place to live. Great location. Maintenance is on hand and visible daily. Responds to calls in a timely manner. Grounds are kept neat and tidy. Would suggest adding trash barrels outside of units to limit littering in the parking lots. Units are good and spacious. Can get noisy, can hear every step the neighbor above you takes, which can get annoying. I think a better sense of community could be developed. Especially by holding events for the children. Verified Renter My overall experience at the Preserve has been a positive one. The apartment is nice and the office staff and maintenance have always been pleasant and very helpful. The outside property is meticulously groomed and maintained each season and it is very enjoyable to get out and walk around.
