Please PLEASE PLEASE do not move here !!!!! From The process of getting accepted to the self tour , move in process and getting settled All HORRIBLE. The maintenance know these apartments are infested with bug and rats that’s why they allow you to tour it yourself ! Inside the unit it was bullet holes and big rat holes painted over under / in cabinets . The windows have cracks in them so bugs get inside . DoNOT live Here Been here for a few months. First it was good. Than boom. Mice all over again. We just moved from an infested house. My twins got sick bad. He knew about our situation. Mice in the walls mice are now in the vents. We can’t turn on heater or ac because we smell fur. We are getting sick and we’ve been to the office so many times and all they wanna do is set up traps. Do your own tour When I first applied here I was a little worried because there were no recent reviews. But, I’ve been here a couple months and it’s not bad. The neighborhood is pretty quiet and the apartments very spacious. I think it’s the little things that should be pointed out: it seems like they rush to get apartments ready for people to move in, for example, I and a couple of my neighbors have extremely uneven floors which is a little worrisome but not interfered with my day to day life yet. Infested Infested Infested Please I’m telling you from my own experience , PLEASE DO NOT MOVE HERE ... these apartments are roach and rats infested , the whole management team suck , they don’t come fix anything .. The worst literally Horrible apartments trash all over the place dont nothing get fixed roach infested always under different management they will say you owe money on your credit that you dont owe
Worst apartment Do Not move here there is mold every where they are infested with roaches they do not fix anything water leaks from apartment to apartment
Old buildings nothing upgraded This property has old hvac equipment and water heaters and ran my electric bill sky's high the first few months in a one bedroom to $900 and management did nothing financially to fix situation and heater blows cold air and wont stop blowing unless I turn it off all units are connected so you hear next door or upstairs neighbor flushing their toilets runs your water when your not using it, pipes make noise all day and night, appliances are not new unless you complain a lot maintenance requests a... read more
