I had a very disappointing experience at Powder Room Hair Salon. I booked a Signature Haircut appointment a couple of weeks in advance specifically because the stylist’s profile on the website mentioned that she was an expert in precision bobs. I wanted a graduated bob for an upcoming event. When I arrived, I waited about 30 minutes. After finally seeing me, the stylist briefly checked my hair and told me she could not do a graduated bob and that she only cuts long hair. I was in town visiting from out of state and was hoping to get in with Natalie (who I’ve seen before and is incredibly talented), but she was fully booked. I ended up booking with Faith instead, who works alongside her.. She is the sweetest, made me feel totally comfortable, and did an amazing job on my color. Truly exceeded my expectations. You can tell she really knows what she’s doing and takes pride in her work. Highly recommend her.
This place is absolutely amazing. I had been looking for a great salon for a while, and I finally found it. I got really cute layers plus curtain bangs, and it is actually the best haircut I have ever gotten in my life. Great service too! I definitely recommend this place to literally anyone in need of a haircut.
I had an appointment with Rachael today for an updo for a wedding. She was so nice, talked through what I was looking for and gave amazing recommendations. The updo style came out perfect. A wonderful experience and I would highly recommend her for color, cut, extensions and styling needs.
I normally not like to leave a review but I think people needs to have a review even if it’s bad or good this time I got a bad service from the front desk to the hair service they not friendly at all and it’s seems like they are tried and not happy of what they do and it was only a hair cut can imagine if it was a hair dye 0 stars
