I cannot recommend Portnoy Properties enough! Everyone at Portnoy Properties is professional but also incredibly knowledgeable about Marina del Rey and Venice homes as well as the area in general. If you are looking for a positive experience with a brokerage, look no further.

Jennifer Portnoy is a fabulous real estate agent. She is arguably the most knowledgable agent in the Marina del Rey/Venice area that I met. I went to many open houses over years and finally settled on Northstar on the Marina Peninsula. Jennifer helped me every step of the way and I’m very grateful to have had her experience and expertise.

I believe the firm has violated its fiduciary obligations and engages in market pricr manipulation through exploiting access to MLS. Hopefully it is just a learning experience for them and it gets better.

This was one of the worst experiences I've had with a property management company we called and made an appointment for 3 and then we confirmed 3:40 we're still waiting for the guy behind the desk he comes out we ask him questions about the property he didn't know the answers he would have to call the manager who was in Mexico ill-informed unprofessional I do not recommend these people at all
