do not ever use this parking garage. i went in and as soon as i got out of my car immediately felt uncomfortable as there was a group of men hanging around inside the garage... trying to talk to me. i also had a hard time finding the exit. i decided to just leave, and despite being parked there for literally less than 5 minutes was charged $12.
Do not use this garage for seeing shows at the Anthem. The employees will close the garage and leave you stranded. The extended “emergency” hours are optional and do not mean someone will show up to open the garage. Support will tell you to come back at 7AM the next morning. Extremely inconvenient, will never use anything associated with Portals ever again.
That's a parking. They do what they are supposed to do. They park :)
I should have read the reviews! Please don’t park here!!! I parked overnight and even though it says it’s $53 plus taxes for overnight and I double checked the rate with the guard there, it charged me $90 when I picked up the car the next morning. When I spoke to the guard at the front regarding the charges, he could care less. The reviews are right, save your money and don’t park here.
Don't park here! Never seen a parking lot close. Had to take a Uber to work. Called the after hours number and the guy wasn't any help.
