RecommendedThey have a bar staff that is great and have worked at the Tav for years together. So comfortable there and Beer list is so diverse!

It was a surprise 60th party on the second floor. Good wings, flatbread and veggie dish.
Good food, great atmosphere and good place to watch. Game.
We had a wonderful meal there as always. My only complaint was the $15.00 per bottle of beer I had. It was delicious, but I think $15.00 per bottle was a little high.
Good food, and many a trad and modern Irish and Sea Shanty session happens there. The PT’s best acoustics are in the back area near the stairs (which lead up to a second small bar). I think the noise level, which I believe its management think make the place a draw, is much too high. They should think about what experience they want people who come there should have.
Raspberry lime rickey was great! Shrimp tacos also great! Friendly place.

Today we hosted my sister's surprise bridal shower at The Port Tavern. From the moment of out first email interaction right up until we hugged good bye, Abbie and Liz treated us like we were royalty. So attentive and accommodating, even scheming with us when the bride to be arrives for her "lunch date". The food is outstanding, the staff is fantastic, then venue is perfectly quaint and intimate, allowee for a truly social and celebratory event.
