Terrible experience tonight after daughter’s recital. It was a relatively slow night but still our wait was incredibly long. 2 families seated after us were served and done before our dinner came. Mashed potatoes were inedible with an abundance of salt. Gratuity was automatically added to our bill to boot. Been to the Pop Shop many times, but this will be our last.
Great menu. Food was good... but place is dirty (including bathroom) and unfortunately well lit. I don't mean dirty from a busy night, I mean a long time between thorough cleanings. I would still recommend if you're not easily put off. It's a cool place, but in need of better attention.

Food was delicious and tasted homemade and the service was very good. The staff were friendly and helpful. Good time. I recommend this place.

First time in few years and very disappointing in taste and over priced for portions. Thought be better since under new management. Only positive was the friendly staff.
